My wife and I were going to a hotel and were having our wedding ceremony that afternoon. I was waiting for a redemption to be put into my account. I still hadn't received it that morning. I contacted customer support. I explained the situation and that it was our wedding day. The person I dealt with was able to expedite the process and the deposit was in time for us to check in. They explained that under normal circumstances it would take a couple of days more for funds to be released but would make sure we had it in time. We checked in and had a wonderful time.
